Install learning record program on all staff home computers. Help staff create logs according to state standards. Create on web the information needed for teachers in field.

Delegated list of responsibility...
Accounting-Download and process POs from web. Process POs and fax, transmit or send to vendors. Update PO status when order arrives. Update library if item is new.
Learning documents- Be expert in the program and install and train teachers in it’s operation. Verify the documents are received for the month..
Web- Maintain current list of school forms. Keep databases current for viewing. Update web pages as necessary. Maintain password list of staff members.
Backup- Maintain and verify daily backup of data files. Provide plan for power problem.

The process has five major programs.
1-
GetPOs.bat……This gets the POs entered off the web and brings them to
the local computer.
2-
ConvertPOs.mdb…..Takes the downloaded POs and processes them to YES
POs.
3-
Menu.asp….web program to check number of PO items and delete POs from
web when they are successfully put into YES.
4-
UploadYES.bat…….This takes the accounting database of the school and
puts it on the web, so certain parts can be viewed. (Run biweekly or when a
lot of POs)
5- UploadRS.bat…..Takes
the student record information and puts it on the web. (Run weekly)
When running the upload programs, all computers need to be logged off for a short period of time.
Converting the POs from Web to Yes…
The program has a three part menu system.
a-Run GetPOs.bat , Then, check the web as to the number of items downloaded.(use web site or menu.asp..)
b-Run ConvertPOs.mdb……
1-Run Macro1 and verify that the same number of items are downloaded.
2-Run Macro2 to see the POs more in a Yes sense.
3-Run Macro3 and update the beginning PO number and assign the numbers to the list. You may have to look at Yes to see if you have entered a PO on this dayPress the Post button to put the POs in Yes.
Notes-At any time during this process, you can back to Macro1 and start over. However, do not run any other Macro twice or assign twice. Simply start over with Macro1 if you make an error or are not sure.
c-Go back to the web and delete the POs . (use menu.asp).
